Theodore Harris is an operations and leadership expert with over 15 years of experience driving results in supply chain, logistics, and continuous improvement roles at Fortune 500 companies like Amazon and Kroger.

After seeing too many new managers thrown into leadership without the tools to succeed, he launched Clear Route Consulting—a business coaching and training firm focused on helping frontline leaders grow with confidence.
